Varun TP is a User Experience and Product enthusiast with over 3 years of expertise in the corporate industry. He has worked in different domains such as Banking, Fin tech, and Education. With an eye for detail, user-friendly design, and problem-solving skills, Varun has a clear understanding of user pain points and can come up with excellent intuitive design solutions and product vision. Currently working as a Software Engineer-II at Dell, Varun has previously worked at Fincare Small Finance Bank as a Software Engineer and at XSP Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Junior Web Developer. At XSP Technologies, he was responsible for web designing using Figma, writing user stories by looking into documentation provided by product managers, and creating wireframes for Lyceum Parents App. He was also involved in developing the Fee Invoice feature and the Parents App, which was developed to fill the gap between the school and parents by notifying them about the Dairy, Fees, Attendance, and Events of schools. Varun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shridevi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Tumkur. He also has a Pre-University degree from Sri Saptagiri College, Tumkur, and a High School degree from Sarvodaya Boys High School, Tumkur. He started his education journey at Vidyaniketan Primary School, Tumkur. Varun's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Research Science, Web, and Mobile.
