Varun Yadav is an accomplished digital marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in building and growing digital businesses. Currently working as Manager, gCare Video at Google, Varun has a proven track record of excellence in managing digital channels in diverse industries, including B2C ecommerce, BFSI, B2B mobile apps, and SaaS apps. Varun is experienced in digital strategy formulation, execution, and performance review in growth, mature, and turnaround situations. He has delivered YoY growth in dynamic, unstructured environments through digital channels and has hands-on experience running discovery, engagement, and conversion campaigns across paid and owned channels. In addition to his digital marketing expertise, Varun has successfully set up the digital ecosystem (adtech, martech, data management, analytics) in a large enterprise and has experience in building and managing teams of digital experts.
