* Experience in Cluster Monitoring, troubleshooting, query optimizations,job performances and capacity planning
* Understand and review operability, configuration and monitoring metrics of various Hadoop clusters at regular intervals and gather required necessary changes for fine tuning of the scalability, stability and performance with respect to the available hardware capacity and workload driven parameters in a multi-tenant environment.
* Perform root cause analysis, prepare post-mortem reports, debug and troubleshoot the failure situations for the Hadoop cluster
* Participation in 24 x 7 on-call activities and operations.

* Adhered to the Testing processes by maintaining all the Deliverable Templates as Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Plan, Test Scripts, and Defect Management etc
* Being the Test Lead, had provided Test Estimation based on the complexity of requirements/projects. Prepared Test Plan document for Applications
* Developed manual Test Scenarios & Test Scripts. Peer Review of scripts and made recommendations for updates if any
* Setup the test environment with the support of technical team involved in test data creation if needed
* Performed Database Testing, Functional & Regression testing on applications
* Executed test cases in ALM and the defects identified in testing environment are communicated to the developers using ALM – Defects module
* Prepared Daily Status Reports with details of executed, passed, and failed test cases and defect status
* Re-tested & closed all the defects once it is fixed. Created Test Summary Report upon completion of SIT
* Assisted UAT users & updated the defect-tracking list with UAT feedbacks
