Vashist Subbaraya is a highly skilled Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. With over 8 years of relevant experience in the field, he has demonstrated his ability to coach, guide, and help teams achieve success. Vashist is a servant leader who is always ready to serve and is not afraid to experiment with ideas that could help the team improve within given boundaries. Vashist is a great listener and is capable of communicating his thoughts clearly in a direct conversation or over an email. He believes in challenging himself and the team to continuously improve, and has received several certifications and awards for his work, including the Best Scrum Master for the year 2019 at DevOn software services. Currently working as a Scrum Master at Quandoo, Vashist has previously worked at Devon as a Scrum Master and Associate Architect II. During his time at Devon, he worked with different Scrum teams and facilitated Scrum events, coached the team on Scrum theory and practices, and helped the team to foresee impediments and resolve them quickly. He also introduced certain practices of Kanban and XP within Scrum to improve overall team development practices. Vashist has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from AMCEC and is proficient in Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, test-driven development, research, and integration. He is a highly motivated individual who loves to read and learn about Agile methodologies and enjoys implementing what he learns.
