Vasile Gusan is a highly skilled process and development engineer with a passion for improving manufacturing processes. With a proven track record in the manufacturing industry, he currently holds the position of TechNET Local Program Manager Depaneling PCBA at Continental Sibiu. Vasile is an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is committed to seeing people and organizations succeed. Vasile has successfully deployed and launched new projects that include automation, soldering, and collaborative robots, from a combined hardware and software perspective. He is familiar with and has implemented various technologies in the manufacturing flow such as pressfit, underfill, dispensing, screwing, laser marking, depaneling & milling, handling, vision technology, labeling, and packaging. Vasile is a problem solver who thrives on challenges that cultivate a growth mindset. He believes in production flexibility and is most effective when he has the opportunity to contribute to a continuous improvement culture. His passion for innovation and his ability to think outside the box make him an asset to any team. Vasile is a member of the Romanian Association for Alternative Technologies A.R.T.A. and previously worked as a Collaborative Robots Integrator and Programmer at Continental. He holds a PhD in Engineering and Management from Universitatea POLITEHNICA din București, a Master's degree in Intelligent Manufacturing Systems and Technologies from Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” din Sibiu, and a Bachelor's degree in Machine Building Technologies from the same institution. With 0.43 years of relevant experience, Vasile is a rising star in the manufacturing industry. He is a driven individual with a passion for building and shaping the technologies of tomorrow.
