Vasim Shaikh is a highly experienced Senior Principal Support Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, he is working with Veritas Software India Pvt Ltd as a Sr Principal Support Engineer for NetBackup, where he is involved in critical escalations, migrations, de-commissioning, and evaluating customer environments for better performance, upgrades, and migrations. He is also responsible for supporting and handling escalations for various virtualization features, including VMware, Hyper-V, RedHat Virtualization, and Nutanix. Vasim has a strong understanding of cloud environments for different vendors, including AWS, Azure, Google, On-Prim Storage, and related offerings. He has conducted numerous product trainings, including complete release courses, as well as specific options for NetBackup.
