Vasudeva Rao Ungati is a highly experienced General Manager at Tecnotree Corporation with over 26 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of leading and managing companies, departments, and divisions. Currently, he is responsible for owning the System Test Function for the Charging Products (Prepaid, Post Paid, VPN & Content Charging) at Tecnotree Corporation, which includes Functional, regression, product automation, load, high availability, and site-level geo redundancy testing. He also oversees the test lab, which includes the high-end HP, SUN/ORACLE servers, SAN, and associated networking. Prior to his current role, Vasudeva has held several leadership positions at Tecnotree Corporation, including General Manager Quality and Sr. Technical Manager - Testing. He has extensive experience in defining and implementing various standards and templates like estimation models, continuous improvement, and productivity metrics definition. He is also skilled in leading and managing multiple project managers and functional leads, people development at all levels, and maintaining competency development and knowledge management. Vasudeva holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sir C.R.R. College of Engineering, as well as an Intermediate degree from Govt College, Srikakulam, and a Class X degree from Govt School, Srikakulam. He is proficient in the tech stack of testing. Vasudeva is a finalist of the 2019 Startup Challenge conducted by IIT Bombay, which is a testament to his innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
