Vatsal Juneja is a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer with over 7 years of relevant industry experience. He is currently working with Certa, a company that digitizes third party lifecycle management for large enterprises. As the CTO, Vatsal is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and ensuring that the technology used is in line with the company's goals and objectives. Prior to his current role, Vatsal worked as a Technology Lead at getmeashop, where he was responsible for strategic initiatives on technology selection, developing prototypes, research and development, and process improvement. He also remodeled the team structure and streamlined processes for stronger ownership of core technology and delivery tasks. Vatsal supervised and mentored the complete technology team, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning. He prioritized and managed the workload of a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery and providing ongoing technical guidance. Vatsal was also a founding member of getmeashop, where he worked as a Full-stack Developer. He developed interfaces on the front-end and mobile, translated both customer-facing and business requirements into logic to architect and develop back-end services from scratch. He explored AWS, Google cloud, and Heroku to assist in the management, maintenance, and automation of various deployments. Vatsal holds an Integrated Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He also attended the South India Cultural Association Senior Secondary School, where he completed his secondary education. Vatsal is a Senior Software Engineer and Research Scientist with a strong technical background in software development and engineering. He has a deep understanding of various programming languages and technologies, including Java, Python, and AWS, among others.
