Currently, Vatsala works as a Deployment and Support Engineer for Ciena Blueplanet Inventory and Ciena Blueplanet UAA Fault Management System at Brillio. She works as part of L2 support and her daily tasks include troubleshooting cases that could not be resolved by the L1 team. Vatsala also analyzes if it's a code bug and raises Jira to the development team. She troubleshoots on the server-side analyzing Catalina.log, neo4j db log, stderr.log, stdout.out. In the past, Vatsala has worked as a Support Engineer for Ericsson and as an Associate Consultant for Virtusa. She has experience working on technologies like Linux, Docker and Container, Kubernetics, Firewall, Transmission network, OSS integration, and support. Vatsala has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication from Galgotias College Of Engineering and Technology. She also completed her senior secondary/Class 12 from Mariampur Senior Secondary School and her Higher Secondary/10th Standard with a 9.4 CGPA from the same school. In her free time, Vatsala loves to do yoga and meditation to relax her mind and rejuvenate herself with new innovative ideas. Her tech stack includes Docker, Neo4j, and Integration.
