Currently, Veda works with [24]7 Chat product, which helps engage customers and solve their needs with insights into their Journey, seamless engagement with AI-Bots, and agent training bots on the go. Her past experience includes working as a Senior Principal Member of Technical Staff at [24]7.ai, where she helped bridge the engagement gap between customers and companies by delivering solutions that make companies channel-agnostic from the customer’s perspective. She also worked as a Staff Engineer at Verisign, where she operated the infrastructure for top-level domains and helped ensure the availability and integrity of Internet-facing networks worldwide. Veda holds a BE degree in ECE from the College of Engineering and completed her schooling at Rose Mary Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.
