Vedant Gupta is a highly motivated Computer Science graduate student with a concentration in Machine Learning at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. He is a quick learner and passionate about using Machine Learning and Data Sciences to solve real-world problems. Vedant has expertise in Data Mining and Machine Learning with the backing of internships and projects. He is an expert in programming languages such as Python, C++, and JavaScript. His specialization covers topics such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Database System Management. Vedant is also well-versed in Software Development and Web Development using React, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL. Currently, Vedant is working as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University-New Brunswick for the course Data 101. He is also an incoming SDE Intern at Audible. In the past, Vedant has worked as a Web Developer for a non-profit project called SciQuel at Harvard Innovation Labs. He was responsible for making arcane scientific knowledge accessible to the general public via articles and podcasts. Vedant has also worked as a Course Grader for the Course CS 336 at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where he graded SQL, principles of database design, JSON, XML, and NoSQL, as well as elements of text search and information retrieval. Vedant completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology in 2020. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, which he is expected to complete in December 2023. Apart from his academic and professional pursuits, Vedant has varied interests such as soccer, chess, adventure activities, and music. He is a Software Engineer with expertise in Web Development, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, NLP, Javascript, SQL, Information Retrieval, NoSQL, and Search.
