Vedant Jolly is a final-year computer engineering student from S.P.I.T with a passion for bringing data-driven solutions and performing R&D for improvising existing techniques. With several internships at Deutsche Bank, Google(via DSJK Smollen), Credence Analytics, and various other projects, he has had good exposure to the fields of Software Development, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning. As the Technology Head at various institute clubs in S.P.I.T, Vedant caters to 500+ students of the Institute. This position brings him a lot of learnings and experiences, and he truly enjoys his task as a leader. He has also contributed to research experience at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research and at S.P.I.T, where he learned what it is to work on Institute level projects with his knowledgeable seniors and enthusiastic juniors and come up with fully-fledged real-life deployed projects. Vedant's association with the non-profit start-up Prangan has made him realize his goals and how he wishes to develop himself as a powerful individual and help his society grow to help underprivileged kids find their dreams and give them the spirit to strive through hardships. Currently working as a Technology Analyst at Deutsche Bank, Vedant has developed VS Code Server over the web which is used to replicate all the VS code functionality for multiple users simultaneously. He has also developed a utility tool which is used to directly convert GCP Diagram to Terraform Code and integrated the utility tool with Code Server to increase its userbase as well as efficiency for creating the Terraform code. Vedant has created a unified platform wherein we can create/edit the GCP diagrams as well download the Terraform code. Vedant's education history includes a B.Tech in Computer Science from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans, a Minor in Managements Studies and a Minor in Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. His technical skills include Research Scientist, Terraform, GCP, Software Engineer, Deep Learning, Web, ML, and infra. With 0.76 years of relevant experience, Vedant is always open to new opportunities that give him a chance to grow, broaden the horizon of his thoughts, and apply his intelligence and sciences to impact society positively.
