Vedant Patwa is a Certified Scrum Master and a Process Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Process Engineer, SQA at Rishabh Software, where he is responsible for process consulting and compliance auditing as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and CMMI Dev V1.3. Vedant has good exposure in managing diverse projects and business units, meeting business commitments. He has a proven ability to successfully drive QMS Audits, along with displaying strong and effective processes & people managing skills with a natural flair to establish consensus among cross-functional lines. Vedant is a Process Consultant with experience in process streamlining, internal audits of software projects, as well as support groups of the organization into Quality Management Systems (QMS), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and CMMI L3 Dev v1.3. In his current role, Vedant is responsible for imparting training and awareness to the business divisions on policies, procedures, and guidelines, and quality frameworks. Vedant supports client audits and external certification audits and facilitates management review meetings as per standard requirements. Prior to his current role, Vedant worked as an Associate Process Engineer, SQA at Rishabh Software, where he conducted process and project audits, provided suggestions for improvements, and maintained process compliance. He also planned and conducted department & project audits as per decided frequency in the organization policy and participated in project reviews and performed the verification function using appropriate checklists. Vedant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Neotech Institute of Technology-117, which he completed in 2018. Overall, he has 4.70 years of relevant experience in the field of process engineering and quality management systems.
