Currently, he is responsible for scaling and managing India operations, leading innovation across Virtual, Augmented, Mixed Reality, Blockchain, AI, Edge, and Voice technologies. Veer has a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation and delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs. He has worked with IVY Comptech in various capacities, including Head of CRM Studio, Architecture, and Automation, where he built customer retention optimization systems, integrated with Optimove and other levels, and evaluated new marketing technologies for efficient marketing. In his previous role as Head of CRM Studio, Architecture, and Automation, Veer scaled legacy CRM systems to support 25 million casino games, 4 million poker hands, and 1 million bet slips. He also enhanced the real-time promotional marketing and targeting engine that processes 35 million messages per day and extended loyalty systems to support new loyalty programs. Veer holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is well-versed in various technologies, including Blockchain, AI, Mobile, and Web.
