Venkat Hari is a proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked with large software companies to startups. He is currently the Co-Founder and Mentor at axelgrow consulting services. Prior to this, he was the Co-Founder and Advisor at MontyCloud, where he helped customers advance their Cloud journey with an Intelligent Cloud Management Platform. Venkat was responsible for managing lean operations of a modern, customer-focused SaaS product, business and partner relationships, and P&L. He loves building functional teams that love to deliver value and have fun. Venkat has extensive experience in pre-sales, good experience in sales, and is a certified scrum master with extensive experience as a product owner and scrum master. He held leadership positions in the past, including large account management at Microsoft, building practices like MS CRM, SharePoint, etc., and growing these practices. As a Director at Nalashaa Solutions Group, Venkat built the company ground up from zero to 250 plus people and 4.5 million in revenues and 25% plus EBIT. He was responsible for P&L, leadership development, strategic planning, operations, sales, and execution. He also built the Robotic Process Automation, AI, and Machine Learning division (iNatrix) of Nalashaa group while overseeing the operations of the 2 other divisions (Healthcare and Enterprise Solutions). Venkat's education background includes a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. His tech stack includes AWS, AI, ML, and UI.
