Venkat Raghu is an experienced QE Lead with over 10 years of IT experience, including one year of onsite experience. He possesses hands-on experience in managing and building QA teams for testing iOS, Android, Windows Mobile apps, mobile sites, and web-based applications. Venkat is well-versed in working with various industry recognized methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has solid expertise in testing methodologies and mobile applications testing techniques. With his extensive experience in managing the testing life cycles within various industry domains, including banking, investments, superannuation, insurance, retail, and social networking, Venkat has developed the ability to manage defect resolution for both internal and external teams. He is also adept at driving issue escalation to appropriate teams throughout the day and nighttime hours as needed to ensure timelines are met. Currently, Venkat is serving as a QE Lead at Biofourmis, where he is responsible for leading and managing the testing team. Prior to this, he worked as a QE Lead at Hashtaag, where he led the QA team and coordinated with project management, business analysis, and development teams to plan large-scale projects. He also conducted daily project meetings with project team leaders, upper management, and vendor/partner management. Venkat has experience working in a start-up environment as well as big product-based companies. Before joining Biofourmis and Hashtaag, Venkat worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where he served as a testing service analyst. He managed a team of six consultants to develop and deploy a product to production, prepared test cases from story cards, and performed manual testing and performance testing. Venkat also worked closely with clients for urgent issues resolution and helped regarding specific changes and issue handling. Venkat's technical expertise includes test, mobile, QA, Android, iOS, web, and product management. With 13.19 years of relevant experience, Venkat has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he leverages to lead and manage QA teams effectively.
