Venkatesan Anandaraj is a Senior Vice President at m2p fintech, where he is responsible for building India's first digital and customer-centric credit card ecosystem. He is passionate about creating wealth and helping credit card users manage their debt effectively. Venkatesan is the Founder and Executive Officer of acsz tech pvt ltd, where he developed an app called Wizi, which provides real-time insights to credit card users on how they can use their cards diligently and improve their credit score. He oversees three primary aspects of the business, including people (customers and employees), design (all new design and products), and brand, marketing, and sales. Venkatesan is a customer-first advocate and believes that putting customers first is the key to business growth. Before joining m2p fintech, Venkatesan was the Chief Operating Officer of Kuwy Digital Lender, where he led the team to quickly scale up and ensure aggressive app penetration to compete with leading players like Cars24 and CarDekho. He aggressively expanded Kuwy to 67+ locations, driving the GMV for the company to Rs 15 Cr transaction month on month. Venkatesan was responsible for recruitment, training, delivering business results, and aggressive penetration and brand disseminance. He managed a team of 70+ people, including five regional managers, 17 area managers, and 53 team members at the executive band. He also closed strategic business tie-ups with 20+ lenders through digitization. Venkatesan holds a PGDM in Marketing and Operations from IIM and a B.E in Manufacturing from the College of Engineering. He has 12.04 years of relevant experience and is skilled in Parts-of-speech and Mobile technologies.
