Venkatesh Anandhan is an ISTQB certified automation tester with over 4 years of experience in the banking and e-commerce domains. He is currently serving his notice period as a Test Engineer at Indium Software, where he has been responsible for automation testing using Selenium with Java and TestNG framework for web-based applications. Venkatesh has a strong understanding of requirements, test planning, and test scenarios/cases/scripts preparation. He has experience in test case execution, defect reporting, verifying fixes, and root cause analysis. He has also developed API test scenarios and test cases based on new user stories and API specifications, executing them using Postman. Venkatesh has designed TestNG framework using the page object model (POM) design pattern for automating e-commerce applications and performed smoke, regression, and functional testing using Selenium WebDriver. He has experience in Maven build automation tool and manual testing, including sanity, smoke, functional, regression, integration, and web services testing on builds. Venkatesh holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology (2013-2017).
