Currently, he is working as an Engineering Leadership at Pensando Systems, where he has assembled highly talented teams and delivered multiple data center products for enterprise and cloud. Venkatesh has hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure, highly scalable distributed services such as Kubernetes, microservices, data partitioning and replication, enterprise data center switching, stateful firewalls, distributed load balancers, VPN services, compute virtualization, network dis-aggregation, Iaac - Terraform/Pulumi, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and data analytics. He is passionate about infrastructure automation and has strong experience in building operational tools for infrastructure deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and auto-remediation. In the past, Venkatesh has worked with companies like Amazon and Arista, where he held the position of Principal Engineer - Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Senior Manager, respectively. He has a strong background in highly scalable distributed systems and high-speed network architectures. Venkatesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) and completed his education in 1997. He is proficient in infra, AWS, Terraform, Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, microservices, and web technologies.
