Venkatesh Thirunagari is a highly experienced IT professional with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in all phases of the SDLC for multiple organizations in India and the USA. Venkatesh has also worked as a maths lecturer for 9 years in India. Venkatesh is an expert in providing IT infrastructure solutions using ITIL and KCS methodologies. He has initiated knowledge management programs and solutions and managed projects using both traditional and agile methodologies. Venkatesh has also initiated software development processes, design, and implementation. Venkatesh has a proven track record of analyzing business value added for complex and multiple software projects. He identifies tasks, associates them with processes, and automates them to reduce risk and add business/project value. Venkatesh has managed knowledge, projects, people, and processes in financial services and technology industries. He has a keen eye for finding and analyzing new tools and technologies and adapting them to business/projects. Venkatesh has recently retired from Deloitte India, where he served as a Software Project Manager. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Release Manager at Fidelity and a Consulting Software Engineer at AMP.
