Venkatesh Viswanathan is a skilled software engineer with a passion for creating tangible software that serves a definite purpose. With over 3 years of experience in developing scalable and robust software, Venkatesh has worked with various technologies and different domains such as EHR, ERP, and Cloud applications. Currently, he works as a Member of Technical Staff (IC2) at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where he primarily focuses on the React Native tech stack to design and develop a mobile application from scratch. Venkatesh has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Cerner and a Software Engineer Intern at MatrixCare. At MatrixCare, he developed a gamification project targeted towards motivating personas using legacy EHR applications. He also built interactive widgets that display various logout statistics on a web dashboard using RESTful web services, Java, Spring MVC, and SQL stored procedures. Venkatesh developed Alexa skills to get data from a web application, authenticated users into the web app using OKTA, and created an Alexa skill that can be invoked without calling out the invocation name. Venkatesh holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thiagarajar College. His tech stack includes React Native, SQL, Web, Spring, Typescript, Spring Boot, and more.
