VenuGopal Reddy is a seasoned IT professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of executing successful digital transformation and managed service programs within budget and on time. His expertise lies in account mining, business development, customer relationship management, P&L, program management, and execution of digital transformation and managed service outcome-based programs. Reddy has extensive experience in working on multi-million RFIs/RFPs for major clients across the US and Europe, including Ratings, BFSI, Telecom, and HLS. He is adept in performing stakeholder management, client relationship management, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams across geos. Reddy has expertise in managing FP (milestone/out-come based), T&M, volume-based (incident & service request), and captive staff-based engagements spread across different geo (US, Europe, Asia) working with offshore, near-shore, and onsite regions. He has good exposure to project management methodologies, including Agile & Waterfall, and managed service projects. Currently, Reddy is serving as Senior Director - EU BFSI Delivery Head at Virtusa, where he is responsible for customer relationship for marquee Banking customers, account management, P&L, and people management. He is managing a peak team of 500+ resources, spread across multiple accounts across DACH, Nordics and Benelux and Spain region, with combined contractual revenue of more than $7 million quarterly. In his previous roles at Virtusa, Reddy has handled large global accounts for one of the Ratings Company. He was responsible for contract management, client relationship, delivery ownership, and managing P&L for the global account. He has also worked on a large BOT deal and gained a lot of experience in setting up the captive in India right from selection of place, joint marketing strategy for recruitment, financial aspects with respect to tax and legality, and also strategy for ramping up and have smooth and flawless transition from different incumbent vendors. Reddy has a BE degree in Electronics and Communication from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
