Venugopal Vabbina is a technology leader with over 17 years of experience in product management, consulting, and advising. Venugopal has experience in cloud and enterprise software development, including requirements, architecture, prototyping, design, UX, development, and Agile processes. Currently working at Intuit as a Product Manager (through Cognizant), Venugopal has achieved significant milestones in his tenure. He has defined and led user acquisition strategies, resulting in the addition of 26K new users and cloudification of payroll for more than 4M beneficiaries, generating $12M in revenue from associated services. He has also introduced new engagement features and enhanced existing user experience through various in-product discovery points, reducing the backlog by 50% through automation and self-service improvements for care agents. Venugopal's expertise lies in prioritizing incoming issues, voice of customers, and escalations toward payroll, tax, risk, and compliance areas into actionable sprint plans and roadmap items to ensure his team is making maximum customer impact.
