Vibha Gajraj is a highly motivated and passionate software engineer with a keen interest in data structure & algorithms. She is a self-starter who believes in smart and hard work, and brings positivity wherever she goes. Vibha is a skilled manager and coordinator, with experience working with teams and stakeholders to solve meaningful problems and develop innovative solutions. Currently, Vibha serves as the Captain of the basketball(w) team of IIT BHU, where she has successfully led the team in four tournaments and secured a gold and bronze medal. She has also served as the Joint General Secretary of the Games and Sports Council at IIT BHU, where she managed 400 members across 18 sports and led a contingent of 160 students in Inter IIT Sports Meet '18 at IIT-Guwahati, securing 8th position among the participating 23 IITs. Additionally, Vibha organized the Summer Camp for 200 students for Inter IIT Sports Meet preparation in 2018 and successfully led the contingent of 200 students in Sportech'19, the annual sports fest of IIT Delhi. Prior to her current role, Vibha worked as a Full Stack Web Developer at Arachnomesh, where she gained exposure to a complete stack including front-end, back-end, and database. Vibha holds an Integrated Dual Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, where she specialized in Biomedical Technology. Vibha's tech stack includes software engineering, web and mobile development, front-end, and back-end development. With 2.69 years of relevant experience, Vibha is a skilled and driven software engineer who is always eager to take on new challenges and deliver high-quality results.
