Vibhav Hathi is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of OneCard, a fintech company that offers a range of digital banking services to the online segment of customers in India. With over 19 years of experience in consumer lending, credit portfolio management, customer segmentation, analytics, digital payments, and operations, Vibhav is a versatile leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. Before launching OneCard, Vibhav founded Open Canvas, a mobile-based transaction platform that enabled inter-operable digital payments in key offline payment scenarios such as mass transit, parking, fuel, government payments, and retail payments. Vibhav has also worked as a management trainee at Reliance, where he gained valuable experience in various aspects of business operations. Vibhav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a focus on strategy and marketing. He also has a BE in Chemical Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University. Vibhav’s educational background, combined with his extensive experience in the fintech industry, has equipped him with the skills necessary to lead OneCard and other ventures to success. At OneCard, Vibhav has focused on creating a customer proposition, portfolio management strategy, and setting up operations processes and P&L. He has also implemented innovative customer service solutions like instant chat service and I-track, which enables customers to track the stage at which their application is being processed. With Vibhav’s leadership, OneCard has become India’s first direct bank, offering savings accounts, personal loans, virtual credit and debit cards, and a transparent product interface that caters to the needs of the online segment.
