Vibhu G. is a highly skilled Certified SAFeScrum Master and Product Manager with over 9 years of experience in Scrum Master, Product Management, and Release Train Engineer. He has a hands-on experience in mobile application development for both Android and IOS platforms, web, and desktop. Vibhu is proficient in using debugging tools like DDMS and ADB and has knowledge of PPM tools like Clarity and Plan View. Vibhu has extensive experience in working closely with development teams and coordinating with them on defects reporting and ensuring that all requirements are covered. He has also handled teams, prepared status reports, and attended status calls. Vibhu is knowledgeable in using tools like Jira, Rally, and apps flyer. As a Scrum Master, Vibhu has organized daily scrum meetings, backlog refinement sessions, retrospective meetings, sprint planning meetings, and attended PI planning meetings in SAFe framework. He is skilled in resolving team impediments and conflicts, working closely with the PO, and raising impediments/risks in the PI planning meetings with the RTE. Vibhu is also involved in calculating team capacity and velocity and preparing release notes before production deployment and UAT deployment. Vibhu has played various roles as an RTE, including facilitating the system demo, publishing the order for all the teams associated with the Agile Release Train, and tracking the impediments/blockers/risks at Train. Currently, Vibhu is working as a Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer/Program Management at FIS, where he conducts agile ceremonies, resolves impediments for the team, facilitates the PI planning meeting, and trains university hires for various agile sessions. He also shares regular team progress in SOS, forecasts the quarter, and welcomes new team members in a team. Vibhu is responsible for presenting the status to the leadership team every day for the production support process of the entire agile release train and connecting with all the SME across the agile release train for the production support process of the entire train. Vibhu holds a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from NMIMS, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in CSE from Kurukshetra University, and basic education from non-medical from Spring Fields Public School
