Brainstorm Technologies started as a startup that developed a software link between Lotus Notes and Visual Basic and then expanded into consulting. Before joining Brainstorm Technologies, Victor worked as an IT Analyst at Lend Lease, where he developed and supported internal applications for a global real-estate investments firm. He also worked as a Lead Developer at SciHealth, Inc., where he developed the first generation of SciHealth's performance management software "Insight." SciHealth was a startup specializing in performance management software and solutions for hospitals, and it was acquired by Mediware Information Systems, Inc., in June 2009. Victor holds a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Georgia, which he earned in 1996. He also completed a course on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019.
