Victor TA is a Hiring Lead / Associate Architect for Microservices Developers in US & Canada Locations. He has been in love with Recruitment since 2014 and is on a mission to help candidates find the right job and customer. Currently, he is working as a Recruitment Lead at disys, where he manages a team of four members. His responsibilities include arranging business calls between sales partners and team members for better understanding of assigned requirements, screening submissions of concerned team members and submitting them in Bull Horn, sending calendar invites to shortlisted candidates and getting feedback from respective sales heads, and searching for difficult requirements where there is no coverage. Victor is also proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Bull Horn and has experience with social media searching on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. He is familiar with Google X-Ray search as well. Victor has worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Wipro and as a Sr. Talent Acquisition at IT Trailblazers in the past. At Wipro, he was responsible for designing and integrating client deliverables and interfaces, identifying missing gap requirements, communicating solutions and possible workarounds to appropriate stakeholders, looking for possible opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, and providing costing and estimate planning as needed. At IT Trailblazers, Victor evaluated and understood client requirements, sourced and recruited software professionals and non-IT professionals using Jobdiva, job boards, social media, and referrals to staff client projects, coordinated interviews, prepared candidates for interviews, and followed up with account managers for feedback. Victor completed his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from JNTUH in 2013. He has relevant experience of 9.44 years and is proficient in Microservices, Senior Software Engineer, Search, Integration, AWS, and Azure.
