Vidhya M is an enthusiastic HR professional with a passion for learning, exploring, and experiencing different avenues. With a mixed experience in technical as well as management fields across different industries, Vidhya is a dreamer, explorer, and believer who looks for challenges. As an observer and thinker, she has a keen interest in learning human behavior and psychology. Currently working as an HR Business Partner at TVS Motor Company, Vidhya has gained extensive experience in employee relations, employee engagement, grievances handling, onboarding, and talent acquisition support. She has also worked closely with senior leadership teams to understand requirements and implement action items. Prior to her current role, Vidhya was a Senior Associate Lead - HR at Infosys, where she handled employee relations, employee engagement, grievances handling, onboarding, and talent acquisition support. She also worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at TVS - Sundaram Clayton Ltd, where she reported directly to the VP - HR and handled campus recruitment, learning and development, and supported other HR functions like compensation, engagement, and lateral recruitment as secondary. Vidhya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University. With 5.93 years of relevant experience, Vidhya is a go-getter who always strives to go beyond her fear and limits. She is a quick learner, a team player, and an excellent communicator. Vidhya's passion for learning, exploring, and experiencing different avenues makes her a valuable asset to any organization she works with.
