Vidisha Anand is a highly skilled technologist with a passion for developing applications and software that digitize the industrial world. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Vidisha has worked in several leading companies, including GE Power and General Electric, where she honed her skills in software engineering, AWS, Java, Spring, Microservices, and ETL. Currently, Vidisha is a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies, where she is responsible for developing innovative software solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Her expertise in software engineering, combined with her strong analytical skills and attention to detail, enables her to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of clients. In her previous roles, Vidisha worked as a Sr Software Engineer at GE Power, where she led one of the development teams in building GE's internally-built application. She was responsible for developing in Java (Spring) with exposure to micro-services and cloud AWS architecture. At General Electric, Vidisha was a Digital Technology Leadership Program Member, where she led a Data Quality Program to certify datasets to ensure transparency and trust on orders data source. She also developed and delivered ETL Talend jobs to run data quality rules and tableau dashboard to monitor Data Quality, and led a project to migrate & simplify an orders collation tool. Vidisha holds an Integrated Dual Degree, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) & Masters of Technology (M.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from IIT.
