She is currently the Head of Digital Strategy at India Infoline Home Finance, where she leads a team focused on creating intelligent digital solutions to replace manual and error-prone processes in the organization, resulting in productivity and credit cost savings. Vidisha has a strong background in handling client visits with sales teams across the media and entertainment vertical. She has worked as a Senior Manager Trainee (Media & Entertainment Presales) at HCL, where she handled solution handling for both reactive and proactive business needs for the gaming vertical covering casinos, lotteries, interactive gaming, and theme parks & resorts. She also has experience in marketing research and creating marketing collateral for the gaming industry, as well as strategic insights for business plan & sales strategy development for the gaming vertical.
