Vidyadhar Mylabathula is an experienced sales strategy and PMO leader with a demonstrated history of working in multiple industries, especially BFS and real estate. With a keen eye for operational/process improvements, Vidyadhar is skilled in project management, operations strategy, pre-sales, business planning, market research, and analytics. Currently, Vidyadhar is the Head of Sales Strategy and Support & PMO at Atos, where he leads the pre-sales and PMO team for the KPO division of Atos Syntel. He liaises with client partners, engagement managers, and geo sales teams to sell existing offerings and build new capabilities. Vidyadhar also works with pre-sales and delivery directors to prepare account plans for existing accounts and GTM for specific offerings. He handles multiple ad-hoc activities like CSAT, certain leadership mandates, PMO training, BCP, client visits, etc. Previously, Vidyadhar has worked as the Associate Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy at Tracxn, where he worked with department heads to ideate possible solutions and designed and presented blueprints prioritized by project modules. He also worked as the Senior Business Operations Manager at Altisource, where he led the Tiger team created to reduce sale fallouts and managed DocuSign & Resware Product support teams for processing and e-signing property sale contracts. Vidyadhar holds a Management Development Program degree from INSEAD, a DocuSign Certified Administrator degree from DocuSign University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He also has experience as a research scientist. With 10.10 years of relevant experience, Vidyadhar is a skilled leader with a strong background in sales strategy and PMO.
