Vidyesh Tupkary is a strategic director with expertise in customer experience, design thinking, digital transformation, and product development. With over 16 years of experience, he has worked closely with customers to co-create successful stories across various industries. Vidyesh is passionate about creating new values for customers and helping them achieve definitive and disruptive moments in their digital transformation journeys. Currently, Vidyesh is the Strategic Director at shipx, where he is creating digital transformation in the logistics and transportation domain. He has also co-founded createproducts, where he conceptualized and implemented digital transformation initiatives and provided training and consulting services for product design, engineering, and management. Additionally, he has worked at Bosch as a Digital Transformation Leader, where he created data-driven values for manufacturing and consumer goods customers and built analytical strategies and technology roadmaps. Vidyesh holds a Master of Technology in Metallurgy and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He also completed his high school education from Somalwar High School. Vidyesh is a thought leader, meditator, and yoga teacher. He believes in using his synthesis ability to bring out creativity and is always open to possibilities. He is on a mission to bring a smile to every face and spends his weekends on social projects.
