Vignesh Paramasivam is a Full Stack QA and Test Automation Architect currently working at Cisco AppDynamics. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he has proven expertise in leading and managing software testing teams in an agile environment. Vignesh is a test automation expert, with experience in designing hybrid frameworks for UI (Web and Mobile platforms) and API automation. He is also skilled in test infrastructure management using Ansible and performance testing using Jmeter. He has created tools for monitoring server performance and dashboards for real-time automation test metrics to measure quality and reduce manual efforts. In addition to his technical skills, Vignesh has experience in release management, defining the quality gate process, and gated check-ins. He is open-minded and always curious to learn and improve. Prior to joining Cisco, Vignesh worked at Kaleidofin as a QA Manager, where he built and managed the entire QA team for all product lines in a fast-paced startup (FinTech platform). He was responsible for the whole test automation stack (Android hybrid apps, web, and backend services) and owned release management. He was instrumental in getting ISO:9001 certification from the tech front working along with Tech and Product directors. He also served as an interim manager for the Production Support team. Vignesh also worked at Moolya Testing as a Lead SDET, where he was part of the Solutions team and worked with multiple clients (startup clients to well-established MNCs) to consult on testing, automation planning, and implementation for web and mobile apps. He wore multiple hats, including pre-sales consulting, coaching, and delivery. Vignesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karunya University and completed his HSC in Computer Science from Kongu Matriculation Hr Sec School, Velur, Namakkal. He also attended Kandaswamy Kandar Matriculation Hr Sec School, Velur, Namakkal. Vignesh's tech stack includes test, software engineering, SDET, QA, senior software engineering, web, Ansible, mobile, UI, infra, Android, and backend.
