Viivek Uppalapu is a highly motivated Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where he is currently involved in building the frontend for VMware TMC. He is a strong believer in excellence and is constantly striving to upskill himself to become more efficient and productive for his company. Viivek has a solid technical background and profound interpersonal skills, which makes him an asset to any team he works with. He is passionate about working with a diverse team and contributing to his company's vision and goals. Prior to joining VMware, Viivek worked as a Product & Cloud Services Intern at VMware and as a Full Stack Developer at Kognitive LLC. At Kognitive LLC, he was responsible for building a Contact Center Dashboard for agents, which facilitated communication with customers. The dashboard included features such as Sentiment Analysis, Call/Chat functionalities using Amazon AWS Connect. Viivek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, where he will be graduating in 2022. He also holds a High School Diploma in MPC from FIITJEE. Viivek's technical skills include Software Engineering, Frontend Development, AWS, and Sentiment Analysis. He has relevant experience of 1.20 years and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow in his career.
