Currently, Vijay is a Member F22 at startx, where he is working on Fall 2022. Previously, he was the Co-Founder & Director of readyly, an AI manager that enhances customer experience. Readyly enables customer service organizations to provide high-quality service at an optimal cost and currently supports Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. He was also the Co-Founder & CTO of DeepSupportDesk, an AI-powered customer support automation and analytics platform that supports Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
