Vijay Joshi is a technology enthusiast and a seasoned people partner with almost 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked closely with multiple stakeholders across business and technical systems to solve a variety of business problems and challenges. Vijay has a strong background in business systems design and development of large-scale distributed systems, leading and mentoring technical teams. He has delivered and managed product development ranging from small scale to large scale in terms of time and material. Vijay has defined, created, and managed the IT landscape for various applications and systems. He has also led and fostered Domain-Driven Design culture across the organization. Vijay has initiated and defined the modern architectural landscape for Enterprise IT using various Open Source Standards, CI/CD, Process Automation, Scaled Computing, Modern Service-Driven, and Cloud-Native Architecture. He is currently working as a Senior Leader, Solution Architecture at EPAM Systems. In his previous roles at Atos Syntel (Daimler Trucks North America), Vijay worked as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Architect. He investigated and made recommendations on architecture decisions concerning requirements/issues involving the implementation of new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks. He also collaborated with all other architect group disciplines to ensure viable solutions are designed. Vijay has a strong educational background with an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Rajasthan and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Portland State University. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, CI/CD, Microservices, Big Data, Web, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Spring, DevOps, Integration, and UI. With relevant experience of 14.36 years, Vijay is a trusted technical advisor to business and project technical teams with an in-depth understanding of the business, technical directions, and emerging technology trends.
