Vijay Killedar is a passionate software developer with over 7 years of experience in the Linux environment using C, C++, Python, and Shell scripting. He has a solid networking and system programming background and is a quick learner. Vijay has experience in design and development of features for enterprise products in the networking domain, with expertise in Kubernetes and Docker ecosystems. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Ness Digital Engineering, Vijay is contributing to Ribbon Analytics, an analytics platform that allows service providers to efficiently respond to real-time communication and network quality incidents. He has refactored the Kubernetes cluster installation Python script to use library calls instead of CLIs like kubectl and openssl for creating and configuring Kubernetes resources and Certificate Signing Request (CSR). He has also designed and developed a feature in Python to export raw data to external analytics systems. His skills include Python, Shell Script, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. In the past, Vijay has worked as a Software Engineer at Ness Digital Engineering and a Global Project Engineer at Whirlpool. At Whirlpool, he was part of the HMI Software development team and worked on adding features into new Home Appliance Human interface software's. He also worked on the development and maintenance of software in C, C++ which controls Home Appliances behavior. He has experience in IOT Framework, Automation framework in lua script, and integration of user interface software in JavaScript with appliance controller software in C, C++. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Pune University and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic Kolhapur.
