Vijay Parmar is a passionate leader with over 17 years of experience in customer success, team building, and SaaS product onboarding. He currently serves as Senior Director at Vistaar Technologies, where he leads the customer success and support teams, drives adoption and value capture, and manages key accounts. Prior to his current role, Vijay held several leadership positions at Vistaar Technologies, including Director and Senior Project Manager & Solution Delivery Manager. In these roles, he drove customer success initiatives, led the India SAAS on-boarding teams, and managed the customer support team. He also played a key role in program management, customer engagement, team building, process improvements, product development, and product implementation. Vijay's expertise extends to IT program management, IT project management, PMP, ITIL V3, fixed price projects, lean six sigma, large support projects, transition management, customer management, people management, process improvement, personal software process, quality audits, and product implementations. He is skilled in designing and administering surveys for customer feedback and driving process improvements and automation. Vijay holds an Executive Programme Management degree with a specialization in Marketing & HRM from IIT Bombay and a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. His tech stack includes integration, and he is well-versed in relevant technologies and tools.
