Vijay Patil is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with over 21 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to complete software development projects and IT solution sets across various industries, including marine, oil and gas, automobile, manufacturing, and aerospace. He is currently working at Capgemini, where he is responsible for managing strategic programs and leading teams to deliver lean and creative solutions to clients. Vijay is a self-starter with a passion for finding creative solutions and driving continuous improvement culture. He strongly believes in value-based solutions and leverages lean delivery processes, strategic programs, and business process optimization to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization. Vijay also led continuous improvement plans to improve overall productivity and efficiency and provided supervision, guidance, and training to subordinates to adopt efficient ways of working and shared knowledge. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. He is a software engineer and research scientist with a proven ability to be an effective servant leader.
