Vijay Shelke is a seasoned Tech Lead with over 9 years of experience in the software development industry. He is currently working as an Application Architect - Mobile at IBM, where he is responsible for defining and driving common mobile architecture and methodologies across the mobile application team. Vijay has a strong background in Android app development and is passionate about maximizing application stability, security, performance, and scalability. He has designed, developed, enhanced, and maintained applications for the IoT, Banking, and Telecom industries that are being used by 2 million users and have processed thousands of crore of transactions. Vijay is a collaborative team player and works closely with Architects, Product Owners, and UI/UX teams to design secure and seamless user experiences. He worked with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and collaborated with product managers, solution architects, and UI/UX designers to create a secure, seamless mobile experience. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from MIT.
