Vijay Thorat is a highly experienced Manager at Reserve Bank of India with over 12 years of relevant experience in the field of engineering. He is currently working as an Engineer at Eaton, where he is responsible for ensuring the successful verification and validation of truck engine control modules at the model and code level to support global truck software development. Prior to joining Eaton, Vijay worked as a Manager at RBI and as an Engineer at Mercedes Benz. During his time at Mercedes Benz, he was responsible for functional testing of engine control modules and conducting SIL and MIL testing of control modules. He also performed Polyspace analysis of engine control modules and developed and modified tools and M scripts to automate processes. Vijay holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Systems and Control from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Instrumentation and Control from the College of Engineering. He is skilled in various technologies, including test and software engineering.
