With over 10 years of relevant experience, he is a multi-stack digital product leader who builds reliable, robust, polyglot, and scalable enterprise solutions by choice. His knowledge spread includes retail, telecom, marketing, HR, BI/analytics, blockchain, remote collaboration, and emerging tech. Vijaya creates sustainable competitive advantage by solving complex strategic fit of IT and business goals. He was also an Agile Coach for cross-functional teams. Earlier, he was an SDE III at Cisco. Vijaya completed his Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli, where he specialized in strategy, innovation, and information systems. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University. His tech stack includes blockchain, parts-of-speech, and software engineering.
