Vijaya Annapurna is a highly experienced Global Product Manager with over 22 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. She is currently working at signify as a Product Manager, where she is responsible for developing and managing products related to connected cars, 5G, V2X, and process definitions. In her previous role at Harman, Vijaya worked as a Senior Manager and Sr. Product Manager, where she owned the V2X domain delivery for DSRC and CV2X Stacks across multiple regions. She was also responsible for driving feature planning and release management for BMW-5G Telematics program (iNext) and served as a single point of contact between the BMW team and SW platform team on all requirements, issues, and clarifications. Vijaya has also contributed to improving sprint delivery metrics by integrating JIRA, ALM Tools with Metrics post SAFe Process Rollout and has been a practitioner of SAFe Agile. Additionally, she has supported ASPICE level2 process definitions for responsible for requirements, design, interface approvals, and change requests and has maintained the weekly metrics between 90%-100%. Throughout her career, Vijaya has demonstrated her expertise in building high-performance teams and setting up scrum teams to support platform development across the globe. She has also been a process owner to define “Strategy Mind-set” and drive Telematics BU Strategy for Products, People, Processes, and Tools. Vijaya holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute for Technology and Management and has a strong technical background in product management, software engineering, integration, and web development. She is an essentialist who believes in simplifying complexity and connecting people to achieve success.
