Vijayshankar Ananthanarayanan is a seasoned management consultant with over 18 years of experience in driving business outcomes through people. He is currently the Vice President and Global Head of Transformation at Darwinbox, where he is co-building a globally respected "From Asia for the world" SaaS-based end-to-end talent transformation platform. Vijayshankar anchors strategic initiatives and focuses on cross-functional institutional strengthening to embed scalability for ongoing, differentiated customer impact and accelerated, profitable growth globally. Prior to joining Darwinbox, Vijayshankar spent 15 years at EY, where he served clients across sectors and stages of growth and subsequently focused on the technology sector, where he was the core Talent & Change lead for integrated transformations. He sold, delivered, and managed enterprise-level initiatives by engaging with CXOs and counterparts across levels and functions. He is a regularly invited speaker at industry forums such as NHRD Network, NIPM, ISTD, etc. Vijayshankar's areas of expertise include direction setting, operating model, performance management, integrated talent management, M&A advisory, compensation & benefits, HR transformation, growth transformation enablement, omnichannel talent supply chain, and remote working and employee experience-led digital transformation. He has served clients across promoter-led, state & government-owned entities, MNCs, not-for-profits, etc. across the growth lifecycle and geographies such as Indian sub-continent, Middle East, USA, Europe, China. Vijayshankar has a PGDPMIR degree from XLRI and a BE degree in Electronics & Communication from RVCE. He also holds a Class XII degree in Science from National Public School Indiranagar Bangalore.
