Vijendra Sonawane is a Management Trainee at Mondelēz International, currently working in the IBS function. With a Master's degree in General Management from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, he has a strong background in software engineering and project management. Vijendra has demonstrated his skills in Javascript frameworks, ASP .NET, Ruby on Rails, and has a proven track record of working in the information technology and services industry. During his summer internship with Mondelez International, Vijendra worked in demand planning and identified the top 10 markets that were most impacted by the sales forecast error calculation change in MEU. He received an offer to work as a full-time employee owing to his outstanding performance shown during the internship. He also recommended forecasting practices for RU and similar markets, which could seize an 18.8% error opportunity. Prior to Mondelez International, Vijendra worked as a Marketing Intern at Qualcomm, where he conducted secondary research and analysis on 4 markets-OTT, Mobile wallets, Gaming & E-commerce in India. He completed data analysis and consolidation of research data from 35+ reports from different organizations, designed the flow and content of business cases, and presented the same to the Leadership at Qualcomm India. Vijendra has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SGGS IE&T and relevant experience of 5.11 years. With his strong technical background and business acumen, he is well-equipped to take on any challenge in the field of management.
