Vijith Sivadasan, also known as VJ, is an accomplished entrepreneur, engineer, and investor with over 14 years of relevant experience. Since his school days, VJ has been passionate about entrepreneurship and technology, and he started building software in the sixth grade. After completing his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University, he was hired by Infosys, where he worked for several years while also co-founding Codelattice, a technology solution provider. Today, Codelattice is a fast-growing company operating in eight countries and working on bleeding-edge technology. Throughout his career, VJ has worked with global majors like GE Healthcare, AON, and Northwestern Mutual in various capacities, gaining expertise, exposure, and experience that has helped him accelerate his entrepreneurial journey and run Codelattice better. He specializes in managing investments in startups and in maneuvering creative, impactful, and futuristic strategies to build high-value enterprises. He has also been nurturing several companies globally, helping them grow and manage exits. Among his investments are several startups including Above-5, Booked Happy, Level74, Bayzon, and Digital Orange. Currently, VJ is the Director of Engineering at freshtohome, a leading online marketplace for fresh seafood and meat. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, he is also involved in managing investments and nurturing startups. VJ is a mindful frugal person and a practitioner of sustainability. This led him to co-found Igloopupa, an online platform where sustainable travelers can find carbon-negative vacation rentals. VJ holds a degree in Business Venture Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University. He is a senior software engineer with expertise in managing investments in startups and building high-value enterprises. VJ is a visionary leader with a passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and sustainability.
