Vikas Bhat is a skilled Team Lead and Manager with over 11 years of experience in Full Stack .Net development. He is proficient in .NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, SQL Server, AngularJS, JS, JQuery, Entity Framework, Agile Methodology, Scrum Process, and GIT. Currently, Vikas is working as a Software Development Consultant at Globallogic, Noida, where he is leading a team of 5-6 junior developers and assigning and monitoring their tasks. He is also working as an individual contributor and reporting manager. Vikas is well-versed in agile methodology and follows scrum principles. Prior to his current role, Vikas worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fiserv, Noida, where he worked on banking domain web-based products and a window-based winform application. He also worked as a Software Engineer - II at AON Hewitt, where he worked on a web-based Global Benefits and Compensation Management platform called "Greater Insight." Vikas completed his computer engineering with distinction from Mumbai University in 2011 and did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi.
