Vikas Deshmane is an accomplished MBA graduate from IIM Lucknow, with over 8 years of experience in the fintech and ed tech domains. He is currently working as the Chief Manager - Digital Products at Angel Broking, where he is responsible for designing customer journeys and product constructs for optimized user experience. Vikas has successfully shipped 10 path-breaking products in both B2C and B2B domains, including fintech, ed tech, e-commerce, and mobile apps. He has a keen eye for understanding consumer requirements and usage patterns, which enables him to scale up consumption through acquisition, engagement, and retention. An avid practitioner of agile and project management practices, Vikas has a good understanding of data science and machine learning concepts. He has worked with cross-functional teams of capable engineers, data scientists, and sales/distribution to deliver high-quality products. Vikas holds a PGDM degree in Marketing Strategy from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is proficient in product management, ML, data science, research science, and mobile technologies.
