Vikas Dhamija is a result-oriented engineering leader with over 34 years of experience in delivering high-quality enterprise products within planned budget and timelines. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at Ivanti, a company that builds solutions to automate and secure digital workplaces. With his deep technical knowledge and expertise in cloud computing, mobile devices, security, and analytics, Vikas has led multiple initiatives towards developing new SaaS products, transitioning/migrating on-premises products to the cloud, and taking cloud products to the next level of maturity. He is also business-savvy in making decisions, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing projects, driving product launch activities, rollout to customers, and ensuring successful adoption. One of his notable achievements was providing engineering leadership to Cloud Server teams in the domains of Analytics, Reporting, Audit Trails, Zero-Sign-On Security, Delegation, Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP), Device registration, Compliance Actions, and Android Enterprise Firmware Over The Air (EFOTA) upgrades at MobileIron, the leading provider of unified endpoint management platform. Prior to Ivanti, Vikas served as the Senior Development Manager at Oracle, where he led the development of two major product lines of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow acquisition) CRM solution: Service Community (Social) and Customer Portal (Web). He also fully owned the legacy HiveLive Community product and worked on two generations of Collaboration products: Oracle Collaboration Suite and Oracle Beehive. Vikas is an expert in building teams by recruiting, empowering, and retaining world-class talent. He emphasizes establishing a culture that results in high-performance teams. He graduated from the Department of Management Studies, NSUT, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Android, Integration, CI/CD, and Web.
